“我不知道什么叫粉丝，也不懂网络，但看到大家来动物园，心里暖暖的。”凯里动物园70岁的冯元勇园长，用最朴实的话语回应着突如其来的走红。

“I don’t really know what‘fans’are, and I don’t understand the internet. But seeing everyone come to the zoo really warms my heart.”Feng Yuanyong, the 70-year-old director of Kaili Zoo, responded to his sudden popularity with the simplest words.

这座藏在深山里的动物园，近日因游客上传的短视频意外爆红网络。周末客流量从以往的寥寥数人暴增至上千人，最多一天的门票收入堪比过去四个月。

This little zoo hidden deep in the mountains suddenly went viral because of short videos visitors posted online. On weekends, the number of visitors jumped from just a few to over a thousand, and one day’s ticket income equaled what used to take four months.

面对爆红，冯园长坦言十分感恩。虽然不懂网络词汇，但他深深感受到了来自全国的温暖。通过媒体，他向所有关心动物园的网友发出诚挚邀请：“感谢大家来凯里动物园，欢迎大家来贵州，我请大家吃酸汤鱼！”

Facing this popularity, the 70-year-old said he feels truly grateful. He may not understand internet slang, but he can feel the warmth from people all over the country.Through the media, he sent a sincere message to everyone who cares about the zoo:“Thank you for coming to Kaili Zoo. Welcome to Guizhou! I’ll treat you all to sour fish soup!”
